It helps us identify the ballpark cost before diving into detailed design work. After reviewing this initial budget, we’ll schedule a call to walk you through the details, address any questions, and clarify assumptions. Our goal is to ensure we’re all on the same page as we move forward.
Design & Plan
Once the initial budget is confirmed, we begin creating 3D designs that bring your vision to life. These designs offer a detailed visualization of the final product, enhancing communication and giving you a clear picture of what’s to come. After finalizing the design, we reach out to our trusted subcontractors and suppliers to obtain accurate quotes for major cost items. We then update the budget with line-by-line precision, making sure every detail is covered. For any unquoted items, we’ll set allowances based on our expertise.
Pre-Construction & Final Review
Before we break ground, we’ll conduct a final review of the design and budget, ensuring everything is aligned. At this stage, we send over the construction contracts for your review and signature, setting the stage for the building process to begin.
